These terms apply when you use the Linkai Digital (ABN 95 528 704 451) website and the services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Our services
We build and manage marketing, automation and AI systems for service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables and price for your engagement are set out in the plan or proposal we agree with you. Service plans are month to month unless agreed otherwise, there is no lock-in contract.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted on our pricing page or in your proposal. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Monthly plans are billed in advance; one-off setup fees are payable before work begins. We may update our pricing from time to time, with notice for existing clients.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts and tools we need to deliver the service.
- Use the systems we build lawfully, including complying with marketing, spam and privacy laws and any rules of your industry or regulator.
Third-party tools
Our services rely on third-party platforms (for example, our CRM and automation provider). Those platforms have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for outages or changes outside our control. Where we recommend a tool we earn a commission on, we disclose it.
Intellectual property
The content on this website is ours unless stated otherwise. Systems we build for you, and your data, remain yours as set out in your engagement.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply and cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
